Leadership Program takes Brazilian public leaders to Harvard Kennedy School

From February 22nd to 27th , 33 public leaders from 7 Brazilian states spent a week at Harvard Kennedy School to participate in the international module of the Master of Leadership and Public Management (Master em Liderança e Gestão Pública – MLG, in Portuguese), a master program offered by the Center of Public Leadership (Centro de Liderança Pública – CLP, in portuguese). The organization is a non-profit and nonpartisan Brazilian NGO focused on the development of public leaders and public management of the country.

Moving Argentina's Capital From Buenos Aires Could Make Things Worse

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — WHILE the threat of another default still looms in Argentina, the country has made headlines for another reason: A growing number of its leaders, including President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, are starting to line up behind a proposal to move the capital from Buenos Aires to the much smaller (and reportedly sleepy) city of Santiago del Estero, in the middle-north of the country.
